Once upon a Monday, Kristen and Haley were cooking dinner and enjoying a bottle of wine. Well, Haley was cooking, and Kristen was enjoying the wine. These two women, both in their mid-twenties and both working for the man, were discussing their future ambitions. Haley wanted to eat and write about food; Kristen wanted to drink and write about wine. It just so happened that Haley liked wine, and Kristen liked food, and they conceived this idea: they would forge their own path as food and wine writers and start (drum roll, please) a blog!
So dearest readers, we invite you to get a little tipsy and fill your bellies with us as we embark on this journey throughout Houston. We will visit restaurants. We will visit wine bars. We will even buy bottles to take home and cook. And we will share those experiences, as disastrous and entertaining as they may be, with all of you.
